How renting with a bale clamp works
The clamp arms grip the bale by its sides; you do not need a pallet. This lets you stack bales tightly against each other and make better use of the storage space. Tell us the material and the size of the bales in your enquiry; we will then match the clamp to them.
An attachment adds its own weight and shifts the load's centre of gravity forwards. As a result, the forklift can lift less than is stated on the rating plate. We calculate this Rest capacity for you in advance and select the right forklift to match.
Which forklift goes with it?
In a hall for paper, cardboard or textiles, you will usually choose an electric forklift; in a yard or for mixed use, an LPG forklift or diesel forklift. For the recycling sector, you can read more under rent forklift for recycling.
