Check these six points before renting an electric forklift — we go over them with you for every request.
What is your heaviest load, including margin and any lifting equipment? Lifting equipment reduces residual capacity.
How high do you *really* need to work — and is free lift required for low doors, containers, or mezzanines?
Especially important for longer loads or different fork lengths: it determines the safe lifting capacity.
Narrow aisles, slippery warehouse floors, loading docks, or thresholds? That determines tires, turning radius, and model.
How many hours a day does the truck run? For multiple shifts, we recommend li-ion with opportunity charging.
Is there a suitable charging location and connection? We advise on charging strategy and battery configuration.

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about costs, batteries, deployment, and delivery of electric rental forklifts.
You can rent an electric forklift from €75 per day, €187.50 per week, or €656.25 per month (1,000–1,600 kg, excl. VAT). For 1,600–2,500 kg, you'll pay €85 per day, and for 3,000–3,500 kg, it's €105 per day. We provide custom quotes for heavy electric forklifts ranging from 4 to 16 tons. For longer rental periods, sharper monthly rates apply, such as the Hyundai 20BE-X for €675 per month.
A full battery is usually sufficient for a workday with normal use. If you work multiple shifts, we recommend a Li-ion version: it can be partially charged during breaks without shortening its lifespan. We provide advance consultation on charging strategy, charging location, and connection.
Lead-acid is proven and cost-effective, but requires full charge cycles and battery maintenance. Li-ion is maintenance-free, charges faster, can be partially charged, and is more efficient for intensive use. For multi-shift operations and high operating hours, li-ion is usually the better choice.
Yes, an electric forklift works well on paved surfaces, including loading docks and covered areas. For rough or unpaved terrain and very wet conditions, we usually recommend a Diesel forklift or a heavy B-X with suitable tires.
Up to 16 tons. In addition to the standard capacities of 1.5 to 3.5 tons, we also rent out heavy-duty electric Hyundai B-X forklifts with capacities of 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9 tons — and up to 16 tons upon request. This makes emission-free operation possible in transshipment, steel, and heavy industry as well.
Upon availability from stock, delivery is often short-term, depending on transport planning and location. When submitting your request, please provide the desired delivery date and unloading location, and we will schedule the transport immediately. We deliver throughout the Netherlands.
Every rental machine comes with a valid VA inspection, the inspection standard for work equipment. The operator must demonstrate expertise, practically through a forklift certificate or demonstrable training. Inquire about the rental terms for insurance and deductible.
Yes: sideshift, fork positioner, fork extensions, and non-marking tires are available depending on availability. Please note: attachments affect the residual capacity—we check this in advance for a safe configuration. See also rental equipment.
When used structurally for approximately 12 months. You will then work with fixed monthly costs that include inspection and service scheduling, without any purchase investment. The BE-X Monthly Deals (starting from €675 per month) are an example of this; see also long term forklift rental.
